Dabbco Construction was established in 1990 as commercial construction company specializing in both concrete and commercial demolition services. Dabbco was started by, Christopher Barstad and John Butz II; both had a solid background in the commercial construction. Mr. Barstad’s background was highlighted by his role as the Facilities Project Manager for Sinai Hospital. Mr. Butz, who prior to the creation of Dabbco Construction was a Project Superintendent for Greenwald Construction from 1984-1990, specialized in commercial concrete services. Dabbco Construction has grown significantly over the past 25 years. Since, its conception the focus has been on providing services to the government and health care sectors of commercial construction. Some of these current and past projects have included the NOAA Wallops Island VA, NSA Fort Meade MD, NSA Fort Gordon GA, NSA Barrow AK, Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin, Life Bridge Health, Med Star Health, Johns Hopkins Hospitals, and many other esteemed institutions.
